Job Description

Job Overview:

As an HR Officer at Web Trading Concern Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's mission by ensuring effective human resource management practices. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining talented individuals who will contribute to our company's growth and success. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Selection:

    • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
    • Promote a positive work culture by organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, either in-house or through external providers.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Implement performance management systems to set performance goals, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and provide support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  5. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
