Job Description

  1. Coordinating multiple channels of marketing strategies.
  2. Managing budgets for marketing campaign.
  3.  Testing new marketing opportunities.
  4.  Building relationships with media outlets.
  5.  Recruitment and selection of new member for the Sales and Marketing team.
  6.  Complete various sales and marketing project on the request of Managing Director.
  7.  Establish goals and objectives for all sales and marketing activity, and track results, report on aregular basis to the management on the progress and status of the sales and marketing department.
  8.  Conduct surveys as needed to determine position in the market and advance aggressive marketing plans targeted to addressing customer needs.
  9.  Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
  10.  Addressing customer service problems
  11.  Coming up with new ways to promote new products
  12.  Educating employees about industry marketing trends
  13.  Analyzing customer feedback from social media platforms
  14.  Analyzing advertising returns and reporting to upper management
