Job Description

  1. Maintain and update  attendance sheets for all staff or students on a regular basis
  2.  Handle and maintain professional communication via phone, e-mail, or any othermedium
  3.  Help in maintaining effective cash management by making deposits and withdrawals of cash and cheque
  4. Perform duties such as photocopying, fax and mailing for other departments
  5.  Collect revenue, bill and advertisement as and when necessary
  6.  Receive and file incoming letters, documents
  7.  Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments
  8. Enter, verify and reconcile transactions such as accounts payable and receivable,payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements
