Job Description
  1. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  2. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  4. Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
  5. Assess overall company performance against objectives
  6. Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
  7. Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
  8. Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan
  9. Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
