Job Description

  • Distribution channel management- Knowledgeable in distribution channel/distributors management, payments, sales, incentives and business volume growth.
  • Retail Channel management- Manage and have an in-depth understanding of retail stores of different regions, identify retail characteristics and determine business growth opportunities.
  • Data Management-Analyse the market, competitor and industry data. Prepare and analyse segmentwise, areawise data, prepare and analyse data for sales target, KPI and business volume growth.
  • internal reporting- Periodic Reporting to supervisor on sales and operational performances.
  • Able to learn quickly- Learn and adapt quickly in the quick changing mobile phone industry for desired output.
  • Team management- Coordinate with the sales and other department team members for effective output.
  • Business growth-Explore and look for business growth in various segments,
  • Able to generate and prepare various daily reports and report to Senior.
  • Result oriented and stable personality.
