Job Description
- Responsible for the accounting operations of the company
- Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans
- Preparation of all monthly financial reports
- Work with outside accounting/financial firms on monthly close-out procedures
- Manage company and project cash flow
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.
- Record day-to-day entry of accounting data in Tally
- Reconcile daily records with factory and banks
- Create and maintain landed cost of raw materials
- Create daily reports of sales, cash flow management, and LC
- Review and finalize salary sheet in compliance with company policy
- Prepare and file VAT and eTDS returns
- Prepare documents for audits
- Knowledge of banking
