About the Role
Shree STC Group is expanding into electric mobility with Jinbei electric minibuses and Ampere electric scooters. We are hiring two Sales Heads to lead nationwide sales operations—one for Jinbei and one for Ampere.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales strategies to drive market growth
Identify customer segments, market opportunities, and partnerships
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Manage complete sales cycles and maintain strong customer relationships
Support dealer recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Coordinate pricing, product positioning, and sales programs with management
Work with financing partners and participate in marketing/promotional events

Qualifications

Experience in sales (automotive/mobility sector preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in B2B/B2C sales and handling diverse customer groups
Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is an advantage

Preferred Background

EV or mobility industry experience
Understanding of Nepal’s vehicle sales ecosystem
Experience with institutions, fleet operators, or dealer networks

About the Role
We are hiring two Service Managers to lead the after-sales service operations for our electric minibuses (Jinbei) and electric scooters (Ampere). The role involves technical supervision, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead diagnostics, repairs, and technical troubleshooting
Implement structured service processes and preventive maintenance
Manage and train technician teams, ensuring smooth workflow
Monitor repair quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with suppliers for parts, tools, and technical support
Jinbei role focuses on fleet service; Ampere role focuses on high-volume scooter servicing

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical Engineering
4–5 years hands-on vehicle servicing experience
At least 4 years in a supervisory/service leadership role
Strong diagnostics, repair, and technical communication skills
Experience in fleet or two-wheeler servicing preferred
EV service experience and knowledge of EV components is an added advantage
