Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, data entry, and journal entries.
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly reports.
• Assist in payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents.
• Assist with inventory accounting and cost control measures.
• Help maintain an organized filing system for financial documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the finance department.
