Requirements:

Proven track record of successful sales experience in the hardware segment, preferably with a minimum of [X years] of experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets within the hardware segment.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the assigned area to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors in the hardware segment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or innovation.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
