Experience	:	greater than

Skills:

Design Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (proficiency in one or more)
Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), user research methodologies, and design thinking.
Visual Design: Excellent understanding of visual design principles (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Figma prototypes, or similar.
UI/UX Interaction Design: Experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly interactions.
Accessibility: Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.).
Software Skills: Familiarity with basic web development languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs.
Create user personas and journey maps to define user flows and pain points.
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Create and maintain design style guides and UI component libraries.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
