Roles and Responsibility:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the planning, design, estimation, and delivery of construction works, ensuring timely completion within budget and according to specifications.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage design reviews and subcontractors' rectification work, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
•  Prepare schedules, conduct critical path analysis, and track overall project progress.
• Monitor the contractor's plan and ensure alignment with the overall project timeline and objectives.
• Coordinate with local and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare monthly/annual operating budgets, verify contractors' payments, and generate payment certificates.
• Develop predictive monitoring systems for energy generation to minimize downtime and prevent failures.
• Implement and maintain plant operating and maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain an inventory of procured materials and services, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Regularly report on project status to stakeholders and coordinate with the Head Office on project progress and development.
