Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Manage and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and sales) to meet client needs and deliver advertising/marketing campaigns on time.
  • Assist clients with project updates, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Process orders, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain detailed client records, including feedback and requests, for continuous improvement.
  • Support the sales team in identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from clients and providing insights to improve services.
