Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to management.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment by handling employee grievances and conflicts.
• Coordinate health and safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Assist in workforce planning and monitor staffing needs to support the production goals of the company.
