Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a plastics manufacturing environment (Injection Moulding and Extrusion).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, machine maintenance, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in production cost monitoring and process improvement.
• Effective communication and reporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Management

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient planning and scheduling of operations.
• Monitor daily production activities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and achieve production targets.

2. Machine/Dies Maintenance

• Supervise regular maintenance of machines and dies to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in the Injection Moulding and Extrusion departments.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize equipment breakdowns and ensure high productivity.

3. Quality Control

• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards and minimize defects.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

4. Production Efficiency & Quality Improvement

• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose corrective actions.
• Develop strategies to improve product quality and consistency.
• Train and guide production staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
