Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned region.
- Manage and guide a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivables.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
