Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Banquet Manager with a strong background in hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Supervise and manage banquet staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and finalize menus based on client requirements.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and equipment for banquet operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas according to health and safety standards.
  • Manage client communications before and during events, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as event billing, scheduling, and staff payroll.
  • Develop strategies to improve service quality and increase repeat business.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
