Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers with professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding export-import processes, documentation, and shipping schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication between logistics, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records of shipments and client information.
  • Support with preparing and verifying export-import documentation (invoices, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and coordinate office events.
  • Assist in organizing travel arrangements for employees and guests when needed.
  • Provide support in maintaining office supplies and managing office logistics.
