Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Has to be smart, presentable, good looking with good physiques. Male or Female any one.
  • Provide detailed information about party packages, services, and availability.
  • Handle inquiries and bookings for events via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and update the event calendar.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate venues, themes, and services for their events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (catering, decoration, technical) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and provide event contracts, collect deposits, and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
