Responsibilities:

1. Design and oversee construction projects, including site investigations, feasibility studies, and cost estimation.
2. Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
3. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
4. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect work quality, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
6. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
7. Perform calculations, analysis, and simulations to optimize project designs and resolve technical challenges.
8. Review and approve contractor/subcontractor submissions, including materials, methods, and shop drawings.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.
