Requirements:
 • Good personality with a positive attitude.
 • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
 • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, social media management).
 • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
 • Strong content writing skills for social media and job postings.
 • Ability to create and edit video content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other editing tools is a plus).
 • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
We are hiring a Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling social media, creating job postings, designing content, and managing video content. If you have a good personality, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
 • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
 • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointments.
 • Handle emails and perform basic administrative tasks.
 • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
 • Create and post job vacancies on different platforms.
 • Design job vacancy templates and social media content using Canva or similar tools.
 • Write engaging content for job descriptions, social media, and company updates.
 • Create, edit, and manage video content for social media promotion.
 • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages and comments.
 • Assist in office coordination and support daily operations.
