Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Coordinator at Sugam Logistics Nepal Pvt Ltd located in Kathmandu. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for daily tasks related to service coordination, ensuring smooth operations management, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations within the assigned zone, ensuring adherence to Sugam Group's service standards, safety protocols, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with Branch & Hub Team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and taking support from HO to overcome their challenges.
  • Coordinate effectively with Operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service and communication.
  • Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement within the zone, recommending and implementing process optimizations.
  • Liaise with vendors and partners for contract management and to ensure smooth service delivery within the zone.
