Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or Microbiology or Biothchnology
- 3 to 5 years of experience in food safety, Quality assurance or related filed
- Knowledge of food safety management systems and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000 will be given preference.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Food Safety Managements (e.g. HACCP, GMP, ISO Standards) to comply with Industry regulations
- Perform internal audits to verify compliance with food safety standards and identify potential risks
- Document audit findings, create corrective action plans, and ensure timely implementation of improvements
- Ensure all food handling, storage, and processing practices adhere to food safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis to identify critical control points (CCPs) in production
- Train employees on food safety standards, including safe handling, sanitation & emergency response
- Maintain comprehensive records of food safety activities, inspections and audits
- Develop crisis management protocol for product recalls, contamination events, or other emergencies
