Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Xiaomi Redmi products and their features.
    • Conduct training sessions for sales staff to enhance product knowledge.
  5. Consumer Engagement:

    • Engage with consumers through various channels, including social media, to create brand awareness and loyalty.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Collaboration with Retailers:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective brand representation.
    • Provide support for retail promotions and sales initiatives.
  7. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights to the marketing team for strategic decision-making.
