Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our Internet Service Provider (ISP) company. This role involves supporting the sales team in administrative tasks and customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service issues, and account management.

  2. Order Processing: Assist in processing new orders, upgrades, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.

  3. Sales Administration: Maintain sales records, update customer information, and generate sales reports as required.

  4. Billing Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving billing discrepancies.

  5. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requests.

  6. Documentation: Prepare sales documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.

  7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of sales materials and assist in replenishment when necessary.
